Personality: Being a pompous prick to women, having the feeling of entitlement due to his riches, sacrificing humans by any means in exchange for replicating magical energy in his workshop, disappointed that his servant is incapable of summoning a dragon under his irrational whim and calls her a 'vixen' in result of caster's retaliation towards him causing him his untimely death, this was not the vile man in this alternate universe.

On the contrary, Atrum in this timeline is a decent human being, well almost to say the least..he still as an ego that won't quit, self-proclaiming himself a genius or a "scientific prodigy" when successfully manufacturing a discovery. An alchemist who strays away from human sacrifice and instead devote his studies to the field of a meteorologist, using natural resources and human engineer to advance his magecraft.   

Abilities:
He is capable of weather-manipulation magecraft such as firing bolts of lightning during combat and performing much lengthier rituals in order to cause more large-scale weather changes. However, it is noted that his methods for performing such feats are not particularly efficient. 

He has mystic codes to help him out to compensate for what he is lacking in mage craft:

Fire mittens and The Rod of Thunder: A mitten and a piece of stick that Atrum use to project his magecraft, mainly producing firebolts and lightning. With the snap of his fingers, these mystic codes generates and fires the designated element he requires in such circumstances.

Shades of collective memory: A mystic code in a form of an advanced state of the art shades that protects his eyes and has the ability to collect data from various resources, it can analyze the person, any object, or its surroundings down to his basic component and stores it in his database for 'research purposes'. 

Cape of Protection: An insulation device that protects its user from sudden electrocution, the harsh breeze of a winter's embrace or the scorching heat of the Sahara, Perfect for conducting and tempering with the volatile elements such fire and lightning in his experiments and as well as in form of combat.

Brief Backstory: Atrum's family being newly established in the Mage's Association caused him to seek out prestige by winning the Holy Grail War. Like Bazett Fraga McRemitz, he was one of the magi backed by the power of the Association. Being new to the game, he has to compensate on what he is lacking in the form of the latest tech and the innovation of science.
