On the subject of the upcoming Season 2 launch;

As a new player to the game I'm still in my character's first major arc; while I have plans to finish this up, I recently got caught up in the launch of Destiny 2: Forsaken and have fallen behind. Oops!

As someone who isn't interested in participating in any mass crossover events with my character yet, will the launch of Season 2 interfere with my progress on DareDevil's current arc? Or can I finish it up without issues? 

Basically, will I have to abandon my current plans mid-arc with a forced, universal time-skip? Or can I complete my arc, time-skip up to the new 'present' of the RP, and carry on from there?
