Many people do.

That said, I'm not entirely convinced a black actor works as Bruce Wayne. The Wayne family has been established as 'old money' for a very long time and to cast a black actor as Bruce does effectively change that given black history especially in America.

But, I'm not entirely unconvinced either since you could rework the situation and make the Waynes new money which in combination with their philanthropy efforts could ostracize them from the rest of the Gotham's elite adding a new layer to both their murder and Bruce's relationship with the public as a whole, especially on his return from the supposed dead.
