I just assumed that meant that you couldn't have a flaw that contradicted one of your skills. Say for instance, you put that they were highly disciplined but then said that they had a short fuse. Could be wrong though.

Information on the Gand calling himself Ossluk is scarce. Near as Imperial Intelligence can tell, he left his homeworld sometime before his twenty sixth year. Under the name Yoshbuur, he pursued a career in what he insisted on calling "Bounty Killing," and gained a small degree of notoriety for only taking contracts on high profile targets wanted dead. He continued in this line of work until the outbreak of the Clone Wars, where he became one of the much lauded "Jedi Killers" in the CIS's employ. However, he had no recorded Jedi kills in his time with them and left soon after joining, but not before incurring a bounty on his head by then Republic authorities. Soon after, he began calling himself Ossluk, an action that drove his fellow Gand to outcast him for, in their own words, "stealing a name that was not his."

Ossluk was apprehended by Imperial authorities a month and two weeks from the present day. Given a choice between a prison sentence and Oovo IV and turning on his former employers, he joined the task force being assembled by Commander Ladlson.
