Personality
The girlish temptress Circe is best identified by her her maiden's heart, rather than her infamous jealous streak. She is an impish girl, certainly- but her pure heart, sharp wits, and general self-confidence round her out to be a truly helpful companion. She's affectionate towards those she likes, often playing harmless pranks on them to lighten the atmosphere. To her enemies or those who slight her, she is an ever-smiling opponent that never hesitates to laugh, even in the face of imminent despair. Can be a little pompous at times. She can't imagine a world where she isn't useful, and expects everyone to rely on her for her dazzling skills rather than solve problems for themselves. Despite this, she has a secret soft spot for confident, accomplished men.

Weapon
A magical staff that was a gift from the Goddess Hecate. Circe makes heavy use of this skill (often for sketchy purposes, given her personality).

Personal Skills
High Speed Divine Words B
The magecraft system of the Age of Gods which allows the activation of Thaumaturgy without the use of Magic Circuits. A relic of the past long lost to modern magi, stemming from an era where incantations played a heavy role in spellcasting. Circe's diminished rank in this is due to her mentality, rather than a lack of ability.
Poisoned Meal A
An affinity for poisoning foodstuffs, more like a hobby than an actual specialization. Item Creation is treated as rank up when creating poisons, and with careful preparation, it's possible to make poisons completely unnoticeable to potential victims. Even the most suspicious surprise picnics can be made unassuming and innocent, so long as combat hasn't begun.
Advice for Sailing A
Insight granting skill comparable to divine guidance, which passes on the "optimal course to reach a destination". Taking the forms of various beasts, mostly adorable Piglets of various shapes and sizes, these inhabitants bend to their Mistress's every whim, and have instructions to sweep away new guests in a storm of revelry and foodstuffs. Bombarded by insistent servants and gorgeous platters of food and drink as far as the eye can see, it's no wonder that it's difficult to avoid partaking (willingly or unwillingly). This is how the Marble captures, and keeps its victims. Laid out before its denizens is a feast of heroic proportions, each and every item infused with poisons of Circe's creation meant to enslave and transform their victims. After a single bite, one would willingly give themselves to the transformation, thinking that "perhaps becoming a loyal, submissive little piglet wouldn't be so bad". It serves as a menagerie for Circe, where she may enjoy the lavishing praise and attentions of an endless world of useless, servile men. She may freely command the beasts from this menagerie, as well as summon them and the foodstuffs of the Marble anywhere in the outside world.

Name: Mina Noël Gender: Female Age: 28 Alignment: Chaotic Evil Rank: Pride (Approximated based on raw talent) Command Seal: Three fangs, arranged parallel with each other. Personality
She embodies the dichotomy of her clan in its entirety. Civil, and barbaric; human, and inhuman. While she looks at others with human eyes and smiles at them with flesh stretched across a human skull, there is something fundamentally off about her. She is unsettling to speak to; the chipped and yet eerily beautiful tones of her voice resonating in strange ways, like one unused to speaking the human tongue. Her value system is one based on mutual respect. She aggressively and forcefully demands to be recognized, while also carefully assessing those she encounters on whether or not they are worthy equals. Despite her aggressive outlook, she is still strangely calm. She possesses a cunning mind that is necessary to survive in her harsh home environment, constantly searching for new ways to get the upper hand on those around her. Skilled at imitating human behavior.
Bio
Mina's family has unusual origins for a Magus clan, perhaps indicative of the fact that they are far from ordinary. They are descended from a tribe of mountain cannibals, Native American magi who preyed on others in order to strengthen themselves. By the time European settlers first arrived in North America, the clan that would become the Noëls was already a legend. As far as official records are concerned; they are a backwards, inbred Magus family that has yet to even develop a Magic Crest. Living on their lonesome mountain in Montana, they stick to themselves and show absolutely no potential for reaching meaningful heights with their magical research. The only worth their little bunch of necromancers has to the rest of Magical Society is their primary export, materials and body parts of reasonable quality that they sell for fair prices on the blackest market. Despite the modern Noël family having a rich history of a little over 600 years, they have seemingly accomplished very little in that time. That is what written reports suggest, anyways. Spoken reports, and oral tradition tell a darker story. Of a dark, frigid mountain, haunted with the spirits of the dead. Of something like a disposal ground where the Association sends unwanted nuisances to disappear, forever. Mina is a clan head in training, who seeks to obtain enough power to earn the respect of her peers and to forge onwards to a new Golden Age for the Noëls. She sees it as portent that during the sacred time of the winter solstice, a grand ritual held by magi just happens to be beginning. It is only natural that she would deign to attend, what with all of these perfectly delectable materials setting up right on her doorstep. An accumulation of grudges that spans generations, collected through means of rampant cannibalism. The hatred and regrets of victims beyond counting have seeped into the flesh and blood of the clan of Noël. Such potent curses would be more than enough to kill a human many times over; but the Noëls have adapted to it, even made it their own. Even they aren't entirely sure when the changes began. When they shifted from being "humans carrying curses" to "something else".
General Magecraft
The bare minimum of what one can know to be considered a "Magus". Some differences exist between culture spheres, but the general idea remains the same across all thaumaturgical systems.
Necromancy/Witchcraft
The brand of study that focuses on the utilization of internal systems over external ones; or in layman's terms, the use of the "body" for various means. It is often wrongly seen as the sole focus of the Noël family's studies, typically by outsiders or younger clan members. But the true essence of their clan's arts are in the duality of their practices. Representing the physical side, they utilize these techniques to create optimal materials to fuel their workshops and the gristly activities within. These materials make up their arsenal, which can take many forms and helps greatly in the other facets of their magecraft. Curse delivery through one's own body is particularly effective, due to the unusual makeup of their clan's own "material".
Shamanism
The foundation of New World Shamanism is protection from, as well as dialogue with the spiritual part of the world. By constructing all sorts of significant talismans, totems and trinkets, the magus calls and directs spirits to do their bidding. This is often combined with the other aspects of the Noëls' repertoire, to great effect. They cultivate all sorts of evil entities on their mountain, not all of them physical. In particular, arts to transfer malignant information through a spiritual medium are used to assist with their more offensive activities.

Mystic Codes
Cursing Case
An elegant, minimalistic briefcase of solid wood. It appears outwardly seamless, save for a leather strap used for carrying. On closer inspection, words in a lost language are carefully inscribed along the outer edge. The case has the function of preventing spirits from escaping, something like a "containment box" for spiritually hazardous materials. The case's contents are difficult to scry, even with powerful clairvoyance.
Warding Beads
Tools used for Shamanism, that accelerate and empower certain protective rituals. They consist of string-like material; threaded through a series of wooden beads, teeth and dinky charms. The secrets of their construction are well kept, and they hold a surprising amount of punch. Obviously nothing that would seriously harm a being on the level of a Servant.
Suffer Rod
If the Warding Beads are a defensive tool, then the Suffer Rod could be called an offensive one. It is of savage make, and with a close connection with its owner. Its function is similar to that of a "circuit", the raw input of which is a body part that is loaded in one end of the rod. The rod then processes the body part into a curse, amplifying it as the power runs along the rod's length. Finally, the shrunken head on the other end opens its mouth, and a curse is "flung" in whatever direction the rod is pointed. A useful tool in a pinch, when one lacks other materials with which to formulate a curse.

Exceptional Benefit: A Supply Line formulated by Mina during her travels to this particular city. Seeing as her current location may as well be in the shadow of her home territory, moving supplies from home to her current workshop should be of no difficulty. She has used the ancient arts to create a protected spiritual "highway" of sorts using talismans; a wild track that promises safe travel between home, and home away from home. Breaching this defence would be difficult, so she has faith that this supply line will remain untouched by the enemy during her stay. Due to the war's relative proximity to her family's headquarters, Mina was able to borrow her own land to summon her Servant on. Therefore, she will arrive at the war with her Servant already summoned. This does not imply any additional preparation time, as she is only just arriving in the city at the time of the war.
