Filling in the last red master slot:

Name: Astra
Age: 30's
Gender: Female
Appearance: No, I'm not being imaginative. Though this one is of mixed heritage.
Personality: Though trying to maintain a cool, collected air--something that, admittedly, Astra has no trouble with when working--she's not so good at that in social settings, being quite easily irritated and hard to get along with. It's really not a good idea to ask about her family.
Skills: Capable of functioning in modern society, even if she lacks any interest in modern technology, and skilled in actual fighting despite being a magus--mostly with knives, though she isn't inept at fighting completely unarmed.
Abilities: Coming from a comparatively recent lineage of magi, her family really started to find its feet during the light eighteenth century and, not steeped in the centuries of mystery of other magical families, took a particular interest in this new-fangled electricity thing that was all the rage at the time, mostly for its applications in "hmm, can we use this to create life?" and bio-electricity, but its mechanical uses were of course considered in the process. Not that their wayward scion cares for any of this, save for having a magical circuit with more varied uses for the substance than is immediately apparent. Mostly she focuses on the more direct applications: electric shocks, creating magnetic fields to shoot knives at people (or smaller items if she's out of sharp pointy things), and interacting with mundane technology only in the "okay, stop working now" sense. Though she can control people via direct nerve signals. More general magecraft talents such as reinforcement are also part of Astra's repertoire, and she's gotten a lot of practice at dealing with bounded fields. Still, by the standards of magi, she's pretty third-rate.
Brief Backstory: Astra deliberately keeps her family background under wraps, seeming quite ashamed of it--whatever happened to them happened when she was pretty young, before she was fully taught, and she ended up taking what talents she had and applying them as a mage killer for the Association. Still, it's clear she was raised as the child of a magus; she might hang around in the modern world a lot and play with electricity, but she doesn't get beyond "barely functional" at using tech. Her motivation to be in the war is greed, pure and simple. The Tohsaka needed Masters in a hurry, after all.
Faction: Red Faction
