edit: for those who are in the Toxo group, I am going to describe the group in more detail tonight. My last class of the day was cancelled so I have extra time on my hands. I want you guys to get an idea of the location and how it works there. Like I said above, I am taking a lot of inspiration from Negan, and the group will be similar to the Saviors.
