Amphibious: Levi can breath both underwater and outside of water.
Superhuman durability: His body is tough enough to survive at the deepest depths of the ocean.
Leviathan Form: Levi can transform into the giant biblical sea monster known as the [url=http://s1.bwallpapers.com/wallpapers/2014/03/03/sea-monster-desktop-wallpapers_015502932.jpg]leviathan[/url]. In this form Levi is granted herculean strength and powerful jaws and razor sharp fangs. He can also fire a beam of oceanic energy, which deals concussive damage as well as damage with a mix of heat and electrical components. 
[b]Personality:[/b] Levi is religious thanks to his Catholic upbringing and his view of his abilities are that he was blessed from God to protect the oceans from the horrors of the deep. His moral code keeps very close to his Catholic ideals and although he isn't a kill first and questions later type, Levi is a full believer that killing in self defense is completely justified if the situation calls for it.
