Most of the Security Contractors are overseas. I’m assuming they are dealing with the zombies over there as well or dead.

The majority of the residents at the Parris Security compound are the noncombatant staff, janitors, secretaries, security guards, accountants, PR, HR, mechanics, etc.

Some of them are being trained to defend themselves and the compound others were forced into more mundane tasks like farming.
