Sonya looks rather gruesome when you face her. Not many people have actually seen her and lived, since she usually shows around only to wreck a place and take what she needs. The woman has dark, messy hair that has the washed out remnants of blue dye on them. Her face is flat and angular, and she almost never smiles genuinely. Her lean body is covered with asymmetrical freckles, and she is seldom seen without a dark set of clothing.
Perhaps the most eye catching (pun intended) feature of Sonya is her left eye, which is greyish blue in colour. Sonya happens to have heterochromia, a condition in which a person’s eyes are two different colours, most often brown and blue. This is Sonya’s case, too.

[u][b]PERSONALITY[/b][/u]
Sonya is rather reserved, level-headed and can be brutal, but she is one to enjoy a good drink with a friend. Sonya is the leader type, bold and sure. She isn’t someone you want to get vulnerable with if she doesn’t like you, because she will use it as a weapon later on.
Blue is motivated, a survivor at heart, and will protect those she gets attached to with her entire life. She feels soul-wrenching guilt for letting her group down and has a hard time letting herself get close with anyone. She is the kind of person to avenge people’s deaths, and can be very emotion-driven, even irrational, under her stoical shell.
Sonya feels everything strongly despite not showing it with her face. She thinks attack is the best defence, and beats herself up if she ever makes a mistake, no matter how small.

[u][b]HISTORY[/b][/u]
Sonya was never anyone remarkable. She was born into a low-income family with a chain smoker of a mother and a father that was barely around. The girl was always a bit rough around the edges, keeping her friends close and enemies even closer. After graduating, Sonya took an apprenticeship at a local garage, learning the skills of a mechanic while practicing her homemade experiments on the side. She had always been interested in chemistry, but had no money to go to college.

Once the outbreak began, Sonya’s life turned a new leaf. She had no choice but to join a group, as she wouldn’t have survived alone. Joining a rather harsh group named Blue Molotov, founded by an old Russian man, Sonya’s life headed uphill despite the zombie outbreak. The crew became her family and she quickly rose to be the right-hand man of the boss of the group.

It wasn’t long until the leader passed away, leaving the young Sonya the leader of his people. She took the responsibility with pride, leading the group through many others and making the name known among other survivors.
However, it was all to come to a gruesome end. Four years later, Sonya’s group was ambushed in the dark of the night after Sonya had made the wrong call of not moving camp even though they all knew the zombies were heading towards them.
Her whole group was slaughtered by the infected, and the ones that weren’t… There was nothing Sonya could do. They would all then become infected, forcing a shaken Sonya to flee with a traumatised heart and a burden of immense guilt. She hasn’t let herself join a group ever since.

In all unlikeliness, Natalia has managed to befriend Sonya, who actually quite likes the woman. Not that she'd ever tell her that, though. When they first met, Sonya was injured and tried to blow Natalia up. The woman patched Sonya up afterwards.
