[@Draven] Very interesting idea. I think that for Draven in particular, being a young vampire (relatively) he shouldn't be as powerful as older Vampires. Perhaps bullets, blades, and blunt damage won't kill him but logically him taking a shotgun blast to the kneecaps or getting an arm lopped off should impede him at least. I'd also think that it wouldn't necessarily take a stake to the heart to get him if his heart was destroyed some other way. I'm fine with all the standard Vampire powers but for your PC, in the interest of balance, he should have only one alternate form and I'd probably take out phasing entirely for vampires. He can keep the hypnosis but he shouldn't be as strong in it as Vamps who've been around much longer and I wouldn't want him to have any psionic powers beyond that. Finally, I'd expand on Draven's character a little bit. You don't have to do too much, but I'd like a good idea of his upbringing and what led him to become an assassin for the government. If he had any dealings with figures like Amanda Waller. Or if he interacted at all with Andrew Bennett or other supernatural DC characters later on. I'd like some insight on his motivations for being a hitman and later a rebel vampire, and just a little bit on his personality and how he ticks as a character. What does he think of the current Cold War? But you have a very good base for a CS. Once this is all explained a little more, you should be good to go.
