- Gained his quirk via curse by an Amulet that has been ingrained in his heart 
-Even though he's an outcast he's not particularly brooding.  Weed makes him happy and has a Dante from DMC esque attitude towards things.  
-  looks over the ones he cares about but has a shell to keep them at a distance. Hence the Phantom nickname.  Few people know if he is actually real.
