Skills: Moderate amount of skill in karate but a few years of experience street brawling though this is more along the lines of him and his friends clobbering each other at lunch for fun. Charlie is essentially a one trick pony since other than his moderate amount of fighting skills he is essentially average to below-averege at everything.
Weapon: A round shield (Crainisheild)
Recommended Enemy: I know it was said already but I like Psycho Rangers too. If thats not allowed how about Deadwood.
BRIEF Bio: Charlie’s life was pretty average. He had a group of closish friends who he got along with well enough. Any real excitement came from him and his friends beating the tar out of each other. None of them had any formal fighting skill aside from CJ who took karate till he was ten. They got each other pretty good more than a few times and collectively got suspended more times than they could count but CJ always kept a smile going even when getting chewed out by his parents.
