A massive, golem-like humanoid made of raw stone, he stands at countless feet tall. His hands are massive enough to crush houses in their palms or cause rockfalls with a small movement. Wise mortals pray to him whenever they descend below the surface. His face is a solid slab of slate with rough, carved features. A hint of shadowy eyes, the indication of a nose… and a shadowy, gaping crevice of a mouth. From his chin sprouts a mighty beard composed of white marble, giving him the look of an old, wizened man. A rough tunic is suggested by the form of the stone around his body, gathered at the waist and flowing below. Upon his head is a rough crown of rock spars, glittering with gemstones. Formed from the stone and rock of his domain, great veins of various minerals, gemstones, and various underground phenomena make up the confines of the cavern. Many tunnels branch off from the main cavern into smaller caves and some eventually find their way to the surface, allowing mortals a path to the great tomb of the Earth god. Some of these caves have flooded, full of freezing water that is home to small aquatic life that have never seen the light of the sun. Traversing these tunnels is a dangerous task, but occasionally humans have entered them in search of useful metals and gemstones. A race of almost humanoids called the Drar thrive in these tunnels. Long limbed, gaunt and impossibly pale, they exist only to mine further into the bedrock, collecting minerals to grow Agamemnon’s throne even further. Mortals which venture too far into the tunnels sometimes fall prey to their vicious teeth... In the center of the greatest cavern, Agamemnon sits upon a massive throne. First raised from bedrock by the god himself to a height of hundreds of feet, it has been reinforced by millenia of Drar mining; covering it in rare and precious minerals.
Agamemnon takes after his domain in many ways. Solid and unyielding, he prefers the company of himself, distrusting the plotting and deviousness of the other gods. However he has natural allies- the gods that mix their domains with his, in darkness and ores. He is slow to move, but when he is awakened he can shake the earth with his anger. He does so only reluctantly however, more interested in brooding in his dark realm and gathering minerals for his throne than the petty squabbles of the gods and short-lived mortals. Bribes and tribute, especially of the precious kind are the best path to his good will. He is known to show the path to good ore or gems to those humans wise enough to tribute for him. He can be brutal in his actions. Bringing his wrath upon you is ill-advised, and you would do well to avoid any underground venturing or unsteady cliff faces if you do. Agamemnon’s many years have given him a world-weary wisdom, like an old shaman who guides the tribe of humans. When approached, he can give good advice for those in need.
