Quirk Ability: Can create and manipulate water in seemingly limitless capacities. He can move with it (whirlpools, hurricanes, etc.), attack with it (concentrated streams, water weapons, tsunamis, etc), and defend with it (storm shields, water veils, etc.). The more water in his body the more fluidly he can maintain control of water, however, depending on the amount he’s controlling it becomes increasingly more difficult to hold.

Looks: Tan complexion, bulky frame, 5'10", aquamarine eyes, black, shaggy hair

Brief Bio: Born on raised on a coastal village, he has become well acquainted with water. As a result, his quirk manifested itself early on when he went fishing with his father and he immobilized a fish without touching it. This experience allowed him to spend even more time unlocking the potential of his quirk, while being a tremendous asset to his village. Early in his teenage years he earned the approval of his father to pursue bigger and better things. This led him to begin training to enroll in the UA hero program. As of now he’s very physically gifted due to the heavy demand of labor in his village. However, the lack of a formal education leaves much to be desired. Despite this, he is very apt in combat.
