He can push, pull an make anything levitate or separate with his mind that has atoms. Even himself.(But he cant put living organisms back together to the point where they can become alive again)

Drawback: He has to be able to sense what he's trying to control. An if he relys on his quirk to much he gets some serious nosebleeds, muscle spasms and migraines. These electro magnetic manipulating techniques, however, cannot be performed in rapid succession; the amount of time required to recharge after use varies, depending on the scale of the technique used, five seconds being the basic minimum.

Brief Bio: Juka is a 14 year old exchange student from the United States. He grew up as a orphan after his parents went missing on a recon mission when he was 4 years of age. His Parents where abouts are still unknown till present.Juka has always wanted to be a hero like his parents. His inspiration has always been the top 10 heros in the world. His goal is not only to be a great hero one day but to be one of the greatest heros to ever live.
