She has orange skin and has black colored eyes which are normally obstructed due to the breathing mask and goggles that she must wear to survive outside of her homeworld. Typically she can be found wearing dark, body-tight clothing or long and dark clothing with hoods and other identity obscuring articles of clothing, though it is typically depended on how she feels. For those who probably do not care, she barely has anything in the chest department. Background: Being born and raised in the slums in the capital city of of the planet, Shin had a rough time growing up as being an orphan was very hard in a society where morals and justice were black and white. For a long time, she was surviving in a rather poor home when she had finally been adopted at the age of five. However, due to the constantly importing technology, Shin found herself learning more and more of the outside galaxy by learning to slice information out of droids or computers. In time, her confidence grew as her ability to slice things became greater and greater, which led her into contact with the criminal underworld, even though she knew that it was wrong of her. Yet, the pay was lucrative and at the age of merely sixteen, Shin would blossom into a criminal as she hitched a ride out of the system towards Hutt space to see if she could make a name for herself there. Luckily for her, she got a job under the protection of one of these Hutts, granted this Hutt, simply known as Eghaa, was not as well known as the likes of one like Jabba. Though Shin knew that working for a Hutt alone would earn her much well needed credits to live a comfortable life, so long as she had protection to continue her slicing work. For a while, that was simply how it was with minimal work for the Hutt in exchange for that comfort that she had been looking for and it was blissful to her, though her cultural views of what she was doing did leave her vulnerable to the manipulation of the lowly Hutt, to which he exploited to know in by introducing her to increasing demands of what her job exactly entailed. Soon, Shin would be working for longer and longer amounts of time and receiving pay equal to that of the lowly body guards that worked on the fringes of their operation. This left her dependent on the Hutt and doing everything that he wanted, until he began to send her out of the base for what he would call, "the Great Heists" Shin would soon find out carrying a blaster would be optimal, as Eghaa would begin to use her skills to break into Imperial controlled places as a robber than an a remote slicer. This life was not something Shin had wanted, soon wanting to escape the hold of the Hutt, but found herself trapped under a death threat would she not comply with the Hutts growing demands. For three years she essentially worked as a slave, slicing away on jobs that would bring more and more attention to her and soon an official bounty would call for her capture. However, she believed that life in an Imperial prison would be better than working under a death threat. Eventually, the Kel Dor attempted an escape from Eghaa’s base on an ateroid simply known as Akiva, after having reprogrammed a few combat droids to secure her a path to escape. Yet, her plan was dealt with by the other guards within the station and Shin was brought to Eghaa to decide her fate, where she would plead for her life, luckily it was not death. However, unluckily, Shin was reduced in status further and taken as “pet”. Through that time, she was introduced to fear and loyalty to the Hutt, yet her use as a slicer was often still required on missions, which is what kept her will to fight for freedom going. On one job, there was a mistake made in the slicing program which led to the location of Akiva being revealed to Imperial authorities. This was masterminded by Shin who was captured quickly after turning herself to the Imperials while the Hutt and much of his crew escaped before the authorities had actually landed on the asteroid. For a while they held her in detainment and questioning, as she had to list off everything that she had done for the Hutt. She knew that by being completely honest with the Imperials, she would get better treatment overall, though if she were ever released she would have to worry about the odds of bounty hunters being sent by Eghaa. From there, she was taken into proper custody on the charges of treason and subversion against the Empire, as well as the countless amounts of theft against numerous Imperial-owned facilities.
