The other girls agreed that they should stay together, which she found reassuring. Even though they were lost in a strange and possibly hostile place, at least they wouldn't be alone. She gave the blonde a smile when she placed her hand on top of her own. It was a small gesture, but comforting none the less. And, even though No. 2 didn't seem to be much of an emotional anchor, at least she seemed willing to work with them. However, before they had time to learn anything else about each other, a loud hissing echoed through the streets. No. 3's body instinctively tensed up. She felt the nano machines buzzing in her right hand, and in a matter of seconds she was holding a small knife. No. 1 seemed paralyzed with fear, but No. 3 found herself frantically analyzing the enemy -- somehow she knew this was an enemy -- for any chinks in its armor. The ship was very well-armed, though, and its weaponry made her nervous. Perhaps it was foolish to take on such an enemy, but every fiber of her being was telling her to fight and kill this foe. If she could lodge her blade in the engine, she might be able to disable it and cause a crash. Then it would be easy prey... But, before she could test her plan, No. 2 grabbed her arm and started leading them toward a building with a strange creature waving to them. The creature seemed desperate to get them out of sight, but she instantly distrusted this thing. She was glad that No. 2 didn't guide them directly towards it. She picked up her pace and dashed into the building, completely disregarding the ticker tape and seeking cover in the shadows. However, she was not content to sit quietly and wait. They would not be seen by the airship, but perhaps they had fallen into a far worse trap. She clutched her little knife with white knuckles and called out to the creature. "Present yourself!" She said in an authoritative voice. "Tell us your intentions and speak quickly!"
