He hadn't enjoyed that. Before his ascension, he had technically been a noble. But in truth, he was one of the lower nobles. More like an upjumped knight who happened to have the responsibility of being in charge of around a hundred serfs and a few dozen men-in-arms. While he understood how to be a leader, he also lived right next to his subjects and knew their struggles. But this was someone who did a get-rich-quick attempt. He might not have enjoyed it, but the thief did deserve punishment. He supposed he was getting used to it, and Meldyr squared his shoulders a bit. "Thank you, my Queen." He replied. He might still think being called king was odd, but he had no trouble calling her queen. She carried herself confidently and there was an enchanting quality about her that oozed royalty. The breakfast was very fine, as he expected it to be. He had quite the appetite after the little food he had the day prior. Once he was done, he drank a generous amount of water and did what he thought was 'noble' and wiped his mouth with the cloth provided. He had to keep himself from using his sleeve. The thought made him smile inwardly. He was broken out of his reverie by Morganna, and he nearly lose himself in her blue eyes. "That would be great," he breathed. He cleared his throat and sat up a bit straighter. "I've traveled a bit on the Kingdom before, but I trust you'll be a far finer guide than I could ask for, for the places I have yet to see." His eyes met hers and he smiled. [@Silence Sounds]
