[@Raptra][@FalkiThomas] Griffin shrugged. If the captain didn't want his advice that was fine. It didn't matter to him. He wasn't in charge of protecting the innocent. Although he supposed in a way he was doing that though. He was trying to catch the Black Demon. He had his own griff with the man. Not that it mattered. He was here to do a job. Hopefully that job would give him what he needed to take the Black Demon and his friends down. He stood up intending to leave the tavern when the other man indicated that he saw something in the basement. He was sure it wasn't the crew he was looking for. At least not all of them. Curious he raised headed to the door. He didn't wait for the captain or permission from the tavern owner. He opened the door. The basement was dark which wasn't unusual but his eyes quickly adjusted. He saw movement. Two adults and what appeared to be a teen. Was that the one who had ran out or another? It was too dark to tell but he had a feeling that it was the teen from the group. Maybe he could use the kid to get close to the group. "Two against one seems like unfair odds. Why don't we move this outside and even up the odds abit."
