Shiranui snapped into action and after getting to a secluded spot with his Ninjutsu skills, sent out Titania—his Gardevoir.  "[i]Titania, scan the place for any threats that aren't being dealt with right now,[/i]" Shiranui communicated over a mental link Titania established.
"[i]Our old friends Billie and Kidd are back and are loading some Pokémon onto a Feebas submarine,[/i]" Titania evaluated, "[i]Now they're in an elevator on their way up to the very floor that Lusamine is on.[/i]"
"[i]Looks like they inadvertently helped us out,[/i]" replied Shiranui, "[i]Let's seal that deal.  Titania, Teleport us to the dock and then Teleport their sub on top of the roof.[/i]"  The Gardevoir gave her trainer a roguish grin before putting Shiranui's plan into action.

Shiranui and Titania appeared at the dock where the Feebas submarine was docked and not long after, the duo disappeared along with the Feebas submarine and everything it contained within compliments of the Gardevoir only to reappear on the roof of the building.  "[i]Majin would be proud of that one,[/i]" Titania commented, referring to Shiranui's Hoopa.
"No doubt about it," replied Shiranui, this time verbally.  Titania sensed a burst of dark energy from below that was similar to her species' last-resort ability to create a black hole.
"[i]Master, I sense a black hole has been created; but the power involved is not of my species,[/i]" stated Titania.
"How was it created?" asked Shiranui.
"[i]James of Team Rocket activated a crystal on a ring, performed a dance of some kind and his Mareanie conjured it up,[/i]" answered Titania.
"That sounds like a Z-Move was just performed," stated Shiranui, "The crystals and the dances are a means of channelling a force latent in all Pokémon called Z-Power into a full-force move that can only be used once per battle.

"We'll talk further about Z-Moves later.  Titania, scan the building and give me a sitrep!"
"[i]Liam and Chuck along with Jessie and James of Team Rocket are engaged in battle with two high-ranking trainers who walk the path of evil; and Jen and Veronica are locking horns with Smaug's old trainer.[/i]"
"Our enemies must have updated their plans for attack after Veronica told my friends and I of the assault," replied Shiranui, "Mossdeep City, we have a SNAFU."
"[i]It gets worse,[/i]" Titania continued, "[i]The two high-ranking trainers are a brother-sister duo with the brother commanding a Haxorus and the sister—a coordinator—using a Gardevoir.  Getting to the vicinity of their battle undetected may be a challenge.[/i]"
"But not impossible," Shiranui added, "I have an idea."
"[i]Whatever it is, do it quickly,[/i]" replied Titania, "[i]A Bewear has swum into my range of detection and is heading our way.[/i]"
"That must be the Bewear that protects Jessie and James," stated Shiranui, "Titania, Teleport us to where Liam, Chuck, Jessie and James are battling and use Imprison on the enemy Gardevoir!"  With a smirk on the Gardevoir's face, Titania used Teleport and both her and Shiranui appeared in the midst of the high-ranking poachers' battle.  Titania used Imprison on the enemy Gardevoir, rendering it unable to use any moves bar a few.
