[b]Quirk: Toxic Gas: [/b]Kato can release toxic gas specifically [sub]2[/sub]He that he can create out of thin air, this gas will make the person that is affected by it have trouble breathing the second they experience the gas, after 1 minute they wont be able to breathe and after 2 minutes they will pass out from not having enough oxygen in their body. He can only spread his gas about 5 meters in a tornado-like structure around him (think mustard but you can't see the gas and it takes a lot longer to make you pass out)

Weakness: Toxic Gas makes Kato very vulnerable to attack since while using it he can not move or hear and if you break his gas mask he wont use the quirk as he is afraid of passing out

I don't really enjoy playing with people that are not like me, and by like me, I mean people that have powerful quirks since I don't see them as my equal and I mean they are not my equal.
