Xehanort seems to be in a critically weakened state. If someone wanted to end him, it would seem all they had to do was deal a good amount of damage to him, and he'd be done for. Michael, Ventus, and I are all in a comatose state, unable to awaken due to taking so much damage from their separate battles, both physically and psychologically.
