Penelope felt a small flutter of worry as he grew quiet for a moment. She wasn't sure if he'd be ok with her plans, especially since they were rather different from what he originally had in mind. As he finally met her gaze again, she let out a small sigh of relief as he said he understood. She gave him a reassuring smile, still noticing his reluctance, and brushed back a strand of hair from his face. "Not too long.. A little over a week should give me enough time to finish the mission and say my goodbyes." She told him. "My father and brother work near the border so the longest part should just be traveling to the castle and back. I'll spend some time with them and then meet up with you." She explained to him. Penelope pressed a quick kiss to his cheek again. "It'll only be for a little while and then you won't be rid of me for a long time." She promised him with a small smirk, trying to cheer him up about the situation slightly. From nearby, she heard William beginning to stir and lifted her head to glance over at the older knight as he began to sit up. She let out a small sigh, knowing they'd have to get moving soon and felt a bit reluctant to move from Crow's arms. She looked back to Crow. "Looks like we better start getting ready to go." She mumbled before beginning to move away from him. She stretched as she slowly got up from the bed and casted a glance over at William. The older knight was now fully up and merely sent an annoyed look over at the two before moving to slip his boots on. "At least he didn't wake up arguing with us.." She muttered to Crow.
