Wanted to get most up before the end of the night. Going to try and get more done but I just knew I would be busy tomorrow so wanted to have something up.



Tyrin the Human Hunter

Personality: Tyrin is a bit of a hot headed hunter, choosing the Greatsword as his primary weapon of choice for hunts to take the monsters down hard and up close. While a strategy is all well and good, he likes to play hunts by ear and spurs of the moment. Of course this leads to close calls as can be seen with several scars but he views it as living life to the fullest and what is bravery, without a dash of recklessness! Of course that's not to say he isn't against having a plan, while with most creatures he likes the chase of the hunt, he knows better that he would have to be much more cautious against an elder dragon, or some of the stronger variants of monsters. His palico partner, Tove, tries to keep him from dying.

Likes:
-Greatswords, or any of the really heavy weapons really
-Blacksmithing material from hunts for gear
-Tracking monsters
-A good meal and drink especially after a successful hunt.

Dislikes: 
-Gathering resources
-Using a few of the lightweight weapons like bows and light bowgun.
-Hunting in the swamps, the smell just never goes away!
-Anyone who is lazy.

Tove the Stern Palico

Personality: A rather serious little palico, he understand the importance of having a plan while hunting. Now if only his human companion had the same intellect, still there is something to that thrill of not knowing what shall happen. Tove isn't the most social, taking more time to listen to conversations rather then speaking. If people desire to introduce themselves, he'll let them but don't expect him to be the first to make introductions. He is a rather loyal companion to Tyrin despite Tyrin's brashness being so different to the stern palico.

Specialty: Trapping

Backstory: Tove met Tyrin when he was 6 and Tyrin was 26. While Tove at first had no interest to the hot headed hunter, Tyrin later would save the palicos life and Tove could see then something special about Tyrin or at least to him. He tries to keep Tyrin in line when with other hunters, that they can't just run off with no plan, sometimes he succeeds, other times not so much.
