Bast Ragoczy
Bast couldn't help but to raise his eyebrow as he witnessed how... liberal the people from that city were. He wasn't anyone to judge their lifestyle but at least for him it felt a bit... exotic to see couples expressing their love for each other so... passionately in public. It wasn't that much of a surprise since that was in fact a town dedicated to love and romance, but it took a bit of getting used to. When they arrived at the inn, they were greeted by a familiar face, which apparently wasn't that happy to see them again. It was Gina, the Ghandarva from a previous mission. Even though they were approaching as guests, she was quick to show her obvious dissatisfaction to them. "A bit too late for apologies or for trying to change the mood, especially after souring it so spectacularly as you just did, don't you think, Miss Gina?" Bast asked, with a cold stare. He would have continued, but Eilidh's voice and embarrassment upon seeing so many... intimate acts refreshed his mood a bit. "Well, I guess it cant be helped. It would be better to let what is past in the past, wouldn't it?" Bast said. "Me and Eilidh I'm sure you already know. The new faces you see are Titanica and Vară. I'm sure they can introduce themselves much better then I can if you ask them to." Bast said, with a flourished hand gesture as if he was encouraging her to talk with them. "Regarding what do we need, I am not the one in charge here today. My dear Eilidh is." Bast said, with a smirk as he looked to Eilidh. "Today, I'm yours, my dear Eildih." Bast said, with a joyful smile. "That said, what do you wish to do? Sightseeing? I reckon you enjoyed walking through the city the first time we came here. I can't say it's really my style, but I cant deny it has a very refreshing and calming charm to it." Bast said, looking to Eilidh. While he appreciated how far was she willing to go to help him, cheating wasn't something he was very... fond of. Call it pride or honor, but Freyr was a Viera and one of the things they were famous for was their hunting skills. "I appreciate your offer, Haley. But I don't think it would be right to cheat. My body is different from a human's and I was accustomed to use the type of bow we Vieras make ourselves so using a human bow is a bit difficult to adapt to." Freyr explained. "Besides that, I wouldn't be ok by asking you to do something that would make you uncomfortable." he said with a kind smile. "I just have to try my best. Who knows... If I get to the finals, I might convince this Saburo to let me use my own bow. I could even lend it to him. Even though I doubt he would be able to use it." Freyr said picking the competition bow once more. Even if that could potentially mean the failure of the mission, he wouldn't cheat. Hunting was something that was a part of his being. Be it with a dagger, his claws or a bow, he was incredibly skilled in all of them. After all, if he wasn't he would be dead long ago due to the Vieran woods' dangerous fauna. "Thinking a little bit about it... I may be able to earn Saburo's attention..." Freyr mumbled to himself, just before he walked to one of the referees who were responsible for the competition. "May I make a small, simple request? I would want to be able to take a second shot after the 'official' one, but using my bow. Would that be allowed?" Freyr asked to the man. "Nothing official, of course. These shots won't count to the competition. Think of it as just a way for me to try and adapt myself to these bows you provided as we Vieras have a different body physiology than humans. The bows we use ourselves handle very differently from these." Freyr explained. [@PaulHaynek] [@Restalaan]
