Marcus is an extremely social guy. Everyone in his class seems to like him, and you'll rarely catch him without a smile on his face. Some would say that Marcus always knows what to say to cheer them up and the teen tends to make it his mission to take care of those close to him. But really what can anyone say about a person unless they get in their head. Marcus just enjoys attention and fun. That's mostly it. And it's not really any fault of his own. He just doesn't understand himself. He knows how people typically react to things and what a genuine response should be. But he doesn't understand as everything that happens to him and those around him affect him differently than it affects anyone else. He's scared of the possibility that something is wrong with him.

Marcus is not a bad guy. He cares about people. But he just can't seem to create a real connection with them. He often finds himself doing things on a whim. Whatever interests him really. Makes for great content on YouTube.

In regards to everything that has occurred recently, he doesn't have a clue how to act so he has mostly shut himself away from most. Out of his entire family, he felt closest to Maya as she had nothing to hide and was open to everyone about everything. Marcus has just always felt drawn to kids since they are open about everything and they are curious about the world. The older someone gets, the less the world seems to sparkle.

The golden child from the Reese household. That's what some in Millington tend to call Marcus. He's kind, outgoing, helpful, hardworking, and the list of good adjectives go on and on. From a young age, it seemed as if Marcus was the perfect child. He never caused problems for his parents or siblings. He'd always be willing to share his toys with other kids. He even one time gave his candy money to an old lady who was short some money for her groceries. Of course, his parents still got him a lollipop, but young Marcus was always a kind affectionate sort.

He had a lot of friends as well, but one day his best friend just disappeared. No one would talk to him or answer his questions about Sadie. So many things ran through his mind, and each was worse than the last. But the one he finally settled on was that she had just abandoned him. A few weeks later he received a letter from her, and that's when he finally heard the story. By that point, he didn't care. Why was he left out of the loop? Why was he lied to? They could have just told him, and he'd be able to deal with it. From that point on he was a little rebellious, but only at home and to his parents. He also still had friends, but it was never the same. When he started middle school, he'd have the occasional girlfriend, but it never lasted. Only two things shone like a light in his existence. A community that enjoyed his antics on the internet and his adorable little sisters. They were the only ones who had never lied to him.

Then another person left him. His mother the one who fostered the sweet boy just up and went. And the last thing Marcus remembered saying to her was more or less him getting mad at her because she asked him if he had a Valentine. A simple question with a simple answer but he just couldn't bring himself to answer like any normal kid. Then she was gone. Another person who hid their troubles and left. Oddly enough he wasn't affected by her death. He could tell she was hurting. He didn't want her to have to suffer. What upset him was that darned letter. When the cursed paper came into his possession, he ran. He ran as far as he could. When he stopped, he found himself next to a quiet lake. He looked at the letter and fear overwhelmed him. What if it was his fault? What if yelling at her for no reason in her worst state of mind pushed her over the edge? He couldn't risk that and tried to throw it into the water, but the wind had other ideas blowing it right back at him. So, to this day it sits in the corner of his room. But now two more have chosen to walk away leaving him behind. All he sees is their backs turned to him. Walking away laughing without a care in the world. If relationships are this painful? Then what's the point?[/hider]

Sadie is a small 5'3" girl with a tiny frame that weighs 102lbs. She is fairly tan, and her brown hair is almost always falling past her shoulders. She has deep hazel eyes. Usually, she can be seen wearing a long sleeved shirt under a jacket and a skirt over some black leggings. She also never wears heels. It's sneakers or nothing. Also, there are a small number of scars on her arms which is why she ALWAYS wears long sleeve shirts. She also has a larger scar across her back.

Sadie is a natural caretaker. It is just who she is. Whenever she sees anyone hurting or in need, she can't help but try to take care of them no matter who they are or what they've done. Although she does at times, neglect to take care of herself and if anyone mentions it she will get upset. She makes friends easily, but she won't abandon her closest friends. Recently though it seems as if she is just depressed. She always shrugs it off and acts like nothing is wrong, but if things build up for too long, she will break down and start crying even if what pushed her over the edge is something minimal.

Sadie and her family lived in the same neighborhood as the Reese family when Sadie was growing up. Because of how close in age Marcus and Sadie were their parents would set up play dates between them and the two became friends early on. During Kindergarten they were inseparable. First grade had started the same way until something happened.

You see Sadie wasn't born a Woulfe. She was adopted into the family at the age of six. She was orphaned when her family was killed during a kidnapping gone wrong. Her father and mother tried to stop two men who were attempting to kidnap Sadie and her younger brother. The two men killed them, and Sadie and her brother had received severe injuries, but before the kidnappers could get away, the cops showed up. The men were arrested, and the two children were rushed to the hospital. Unfortunately, Sadie's brother died during treatment, and when Sadie was in stable condition weeks later, they moved her to the children's wing. The long process of figuring out what to do with her began. She had no close or distant living relatives, and they were most likely going to put her in the foster program. However, there was a family that had happened to be volunteering at the hospital at the time, and Sadie quickly became attached to the twins of the family. The kids knew that Sadie was probably going to become a foster child, but they couldn't let it happened. So after days of constant begging, their parents decided to undergo the adoption process. She doesn't remember much before the incident but loves her new family all the same.

Of the few things, she remembers before the incident is the Reese family especially Marcus. Occasionally they would send letters back and forth about what was happening in their lives. Sadie and her new family would even come to visit some. She had two new older brothers, Oliver and Alex; two older sisters, Lindsey and Kiley; and a younger brother, Micky. Her new parents were Nathan and Taylor. Her new family was loving and caring, and she didn't feel left out for one second. They always made sure she felt at home with them.

Her life was getting better until something happened a few months ago. She stopped sending letters and didn't contact Marcus or the other Reeses at all. Can't let you know though because of secrets, yeah. But for some reason, they recently moved into Millington.[/hider]
