Lexa is an intelligent albeit spastic and neurotic young woman. She's been described as awkward, bookish, meek, and introverted by members of her extended family. These terms would be accurate, though Lexa insists that she can handle interacting people as long as she's in control of the interaction and it isn't a personal one; she's held debates and lectures in the past and has done well discussing her hobbies online in a written medium. Admittedly, she has been trying to get over her social anxiety with constant visits to her personal psychological therapist helping in the last six months in easing her interactions in casual environments where she has no control of how conversations occur. That said, she still doesn't feel comfortable in bars or with individuals confessing their attraction to her in any way, shape, or form. In fact, if someone flirted with her in a formal manner she would still have a severe panic attack and not know how to properly engage with that person at the time or in the future. So, at the end of the day, Lexa still needs a lot of work.

Morally speaking, Lexa has been guided by traditionally Roman Catholic beliefs; though she's never been a rigid follower of the scripture. She believes that the capable should protect the weak, in the seven virtues, and that there is always a cosmic reason for everything that happens in life. She is pious, kind, and mostly honest and in her life as a university student hoped that her calling in life – chemistry and pharmaceutical science would help create a better life for those around her whether she knew them or not. In her ideals she supposed herself as a god-blessed academic and that if she could make breakthroughs in cures for debilitating diseases she could give them to the world with little profit in mind beyond a moral greater good. [sub][color=85C7B9][b]Appearance[/b][/color][/sub][hr][indent]Standing at a unassuming height of five foot five inches, Lexa is a pretty average university-aged woman. Her blonde hair is often kept in a ponytail while traditionally bulky glasses covered the bulk of her face. Her eyes reflect sapphires, though most have always described them as “ice-like” in interactions with her. Beyond all of this, Lexa is not generally an approachable girl. Her figure is not very well-endowed, her posture is anxious and paranoid, and she often finds herself clumsy rather than poised. But perhaps in this strange new place she can be as confident, steadfast, and clear-sighted as she wants to be?[/indent]
[sub][color=85C7B9][b]Talents[/b][/color][/sub][hr][indent]Lexa has been an attending student at Heidelberg University since she was sixteen years old and is an accomplished student of general medicine, pharmaceutical science, and chemistry. Her passing interests in history, language, and culture paints her as a “career academic”, which in part also explains her utter and complete lack of a social life or healthy  social interactions outside of university studies and projects. She claims she has a healthy social life online among those with similar interests as her, but her rampant need to use it as a deflection suggests that she isn't as social astute as she says she is. What this essentially translates to in a fantasy world like Rengoku is that Lexa could be a talented alchemist and scholar. Her fluency in German, Polish, French, and English might not be the most useful, but it depends if there are equivalents of these languages in the world she finds herself in. 

Other mundane skills that no longer have uses such as automotive driving are as far as she knows irrelevant. Lexa is just thankful for that summer she spent on her uncle's farm in the Polish countryside where she learned basic farmhand skills including horse-riding, gardening, and cooking.[/indent]
[sub][color=85C7B9][b]Background[/b][/color][/sub][hr][indent]Alexandra “Lexa” Dorociński was born in the Polish city of Szczecin, her father a medical doctor and her mother a mathematician. Beyond a childhood spent in service to god and summers at her uncle's farm in rural Poland, Lexa had a relatively normal life as a student save for graduating Secondary School two years earlier than her peers.[/indent]
