He sat up from the bed, and the hopped out. He pulled the hood over his head and pulled up the muffler to hide his face. He equipped his gear, but left his leathers locked in the room, as it would take too long to put them back on again. He had a bad feeling about this influx of people in town after Ami's healing outburst. Their mission, as well as getting this hammer, was to keep her safe. Now, thanks to her dousing everyone and everything in healing magic, she told the whole forest where they were, and anything that could be hunting them, should there be something, could take advantage of this. Dremmick hurried out to the streets, though quickly noticed that most the paths were blocked by the large crowds trying to come in and see the healer. He looked around and saw an alley which he ducked into. With a running start, he ran a bit up the wall and then used his blood manipulation magic to grapple up to the top of the building quickly. He moved from rooftop to rooftop rapidly, jumping across alleys to reach the next one. His movements were delicate and quiet, not alerting the people inside if their were. He was able to bypass the crowd and make it to Ami fairly quickly. Settling in on the roof, he kept an eye on the proceedings, looking for anyone or anything that seemed off or dangerous. Maybe it was due to the difference in what he was carrying, or where he was from, but the Nero Nomad caught his attention, before anything else, missing the one short hooded assassin, Shye, as she moved through the crowd, her cloak blending in with other poor folk and some nomads. Every time someone got close to Ami though, Dremmick was having to judge if it were a threat or not. She seemed confident, for sure, though he wondered if she had ever been in the air before. His face was a bit red as well as his ears, and he didn't miss the little hint she gave him about falling either. And he wasn't sure what she meant by tricks, and he wasn't entirely sure he was ready to know, but what he did know is that she had just asked to see what he could do at the strength festival. "Wanna show me what you're capable of? Have some tricks up your sleeve yourself? Who knows what it will be the prize if you win..." Allard looked at her with big grin albeit jumping a bit at the slap and continuing with a chuckle, "Ya've seen my weakness, I believe it's high time ya see my strength." His wings spread out and up slowly, preparing for flight. He felt her muscles tighten around him to hold on, and reassuringly her pulled her closer with his right arm holding tightly to her. It was gentle enough not to hurt her, but like a vice that seemed to lock her in as well. He recalled what she said about falling, noting the hidden meaning behind it. As he crouched down slightly, muscles tensing up preparing for flight, he spoke in a low rumbling tone that resonated through his chest to her. "Sometimes," he started in , "ya fall and ya crash inta somethin' ya never knew ya've been searchin' for." With that and one great flap of his wings, they launched high into the air. Holding on tightly so she wouldn't fall, he continued to rise. He made his way to where the festival was, but on the way, he took the time to have fun with his wings again. While he was much slower than other smaller winged races, including his own, that didn't stop him from doing twists or a flip here or there, it just required him to be up higher before doing it. He tried to make it as smooth as possible so that Nailah would enjoy it more than get sick, but even the last trick, may have surprised her. He started out high, and then pulled his wings in, encasing the two. He looked down and smiled at Nailah before looking up at the ground. what seemed closer due to the due peril was actually a good twenty five feet or so in the air, Allard expanded his wings where he was going to land, causing a strong gust of air that cushioned their descent enough to slow them down and make a safe descent by flapping a few more times to finally land. Eyes all around seem to stare at the two, especially the giant of an Oro who had just arrived, some undoubtedly even remembering who he was on the spot. He looked down to Nailah, gently releasing his safe hold on her. "Not so bad fur bein' eleven years out'a practice, eh?" Shye made it back to the main road when she heard some talk of a magnificent healing aura that had overtaken Pearl. Unconsciously, she touched a hand to her neck at the collar of her dress. Against her better judgement, she went back to the town, fighting through in influx of citizens who started showing up in the streets to see the healer. Upon entering the town, and the aura that enveloped it, she could feel the fatigue of the day wash away in an instant. She tried humming, experimentally of coarse, but to no avail. Maybe if she were closer? She made her way deeper into town, being careful to make sure Nix was secure under the hood and unseen. She had arrived at the medical center, immersing herself into the crowd, and saw the one she was informed of as Ami Lovegood, a highborn healer from Vrondi. Even though she was with the Alliance, Shye was strictly told that Ami was not to be harmed. She put her hand to her throat again as she attempted humming, feeling the vibration of the action at her fingertips..... but there was nothing yet again. She silently sighed, she should have known it wouldn't have worked. Curses are not something that is healed, they are to be broken, but Shye couldn't have helped but to at least try.
