Isaac could only stare as the Mist swirled into the dining pavilion and enveloped and possessed Syrus and he spoke a prophecy. Most of it made little sense to Isaac, but a few things stood out as he rushed to help Syrus again. "Okay, so I think we're dealing with Ouranous waking up again, if I understood those first lines correctly," he began as he propped Syrus up. "We just won a war against the Giants and Gaea and closed the doors of death, but with Gaea's defeat, we woke up her husband, Ouranous, who had been chopped into a thousand pieces and thrown into Tartarus by Kronos, but if Kronos can come back from being chopped up, I assume Ouranous can as well, and he was definitely not someone you want to make mad according to the old stories." He contemplated the rest of the prophecy. "I'm not sure what the new moon rising means, possibly something to do with Artemis, and the son of the owl probably refers to a son of Athena," he looked at the flame seared on his palm. "Apparently, me. The rest of it is a mystery to me. Who is the chronicler or the king who will fall or the whisper? Forks in the journey sounds like something Hecate would be interested in, and we have one of her sons here, and if he has control of the Mist, then maybe he can show us the way. I can't make heads or tails of the last two lines, though." He was talking mainly to himself as he tried to sort out the meaning of the mysterious prophecy, but he had spoken clearly enough that his musings on the subject were easily heard by everyone around him and Syrus.
