He looks like he's about to fall over.  Which honestly kinda makes it almost endearing-- like, Cable was so hyped up for this fight and couldn't decide which guns he wanted to bring, so he decided to bring them all and now he's so worn out from lugging all of his arsenal around that he's going to miss the fight entirely.
