So in terms of races, are undead (or semidead depending on the mythos) such as Vampires/Dullahan, etc fine too? I just wanna play a character who got reincarnated ironically into one of those races

E.g died of a faulty blood transfusion. Now a vampire. Now you are that faulty blood transfusion.
Died by accidental severence at the neck, Dullahan. Now you will forever be reminded of the time you tripped off that mountain ledge.

Etc.

Lastly, does ones sex/age remain consistent into the new world or can that shift. Ala Tanya the evil etc.
