[@Leotamer] - Not sense it, no. Gods cannot innately sense one another. Things that aren't made clear to them through manual perception or use of their domain do not innately present themselves. Those that are too far away to perceive the effects of the twin strands normally would have to rely on other means of finding out about it such as use of their domains or the use of scouts and spies to bring such knowledge to them. Those that are close enough however might feel the distant effects of the fear emitted by this force.

I do have my reasons for this.
