Penelope hesitated at Crow's words. It made sense for him to slip away at the night but she had been hoping they had one more day together before she left for a week. She gave him a half-hearted smile and nodded her head. "I understand. You should leave tonight then." She agreed. "You can go during my watch and William won't even know what happened." She wanted Crow to have an easy get away, especially considering his wound, and she doubted William would wake up during that. She just hoped he was able to steer clear of any enemies that were still after them. Penelope rested her chin against his shoulder as she leaned against him. She eyed the side streets as they rode, noticing that the town was becoming less dense as they traveled on.
