You can totally make your own jobs and earn however much "regular money" you feel they're worth. There are two forms of currency in this RP. One, regular money (which we can call dollars $), and PokeDollars (₽) which are used soley for Pokemart items and other Pokemon related products and services. 

Kind of like how I let you catch Pokemon and then decide the Pokemon's level after the fact... You can make missions/jobs and I'll then decide how many PokeDollars it is worth. But you can decide how much regular dollars it gives.

Does that make sense?
