 - Chev was trained as a hitman since he joined the family. He's one of the most notorious killers in American, some say he's killed on average about 20 people a year.
 - He got into a serious disagreement with a senior Sycamore family member when he wouldn't listen to their orders of not killing a number of prominent rival family members. They were also threatened by his obvious ambitions streak. 
 - They didn't want to kill him as he was a valuable asset to the family so instead he was "banished" to Suribachi.
