a) It's kinda cool that you took a small outer-rim world and gave it more culture. Damn you for finding a way to make something exactly like what you want. Though that said, while your image clearly states it no-where in the sheet do you address the tattoos that all Aquellans boast. I feel like they'd be important, especially in Imperial culture of "Closer to the Core, the better you are" where Outer Rim worlds are frowned upon because when in the Academy and such, even in deployment he can't hide who he is or where he's from.
Hrm. I'll take that into consideration, and perhaps add a small amendment to Malik's history to reflect the difficulties he faced when initially joining the academy. A bit about when he got his tattoos wouldn't hurt either.
c)
Their vitriolic refusal had brought the veritable hammer down on their heads when a Stormtrooper battalion arrived and forcibly freed every man, woman, and child enchained.
Those meddling Senators! I imagine these Stormtroopers just so happened to then be stationed on Aquella to 'keep the peace'?
Yup, that's how I imagined it went. Occupation by a foreign military would be bad enough, but the fact that they arrived with the express purpose of 'destroying' Aquellan culture would only further the divide between them and the Empire. I'd imagine a great deal of their vitriol would be turned toward the Stormtrooper Corps in particular, since they're the most visible form of Imperial oppression; so having one of their own in Malik be a Stormtrooper would be a massive betrayal.
