I apologize for the similarities.  The character is part of another MHA that never got off the ground so I'd like to give him a try.

1.  If accepted: There shouldn't be an issue though if the powers are different enough.  Mine is jet engine turbine in his arms.  It might even be a great rivalry point for the characters.

2.  If the GM brings it up:  I have another concept in mind that I could put in instead of my turbine character.

Just letting you know if its too much trouble to design a new character, especially if you really wanted to try them.
