Her friends had called her figure and appearance “boyish” and while she doesn't feel particularly good about such comments she lives life with a wide smile and buckets of confidence. An assortment of scars from falling out of trees as a child dot her body and legs which is even more apparent when you take into consideration her light, almost cream-like complexion. Her eyes are a light sky blue, her blonde hair just short of her jawline, and with casual clothing preferences for shorts, sleeveless shirts, and red ribbons. [/indent]
[sub][color=EBCB68]Personality[/color][/sub][indent]Marie can be defined as a “tomboy”. From down to her boyish appearance, to her lack of female “definition”, to her short matted blonde hair, and her knack for sporty activities. While other girls were worried about how they looked and crushing after boys Marie was climbing trees, hiking in Southmere's backwoods, and playing sports like kickball. Until she was fifteen years old she had never thought about the opposite sex in any sort of romantic way and the idea of romance is still one that kind of makes her nervous as an adult.

Marie is assertive, confident, and braggadocious. She often proclaims how “awesome” she is and how interested she is in exploring the world and looking for the next adventure. The Erusean Mail Service is a means to an end for her, though given that her family has often served as mail carriers in the past before moving on to better careers, she does respect the institution well enough. Marie's personality isn't all bravado and curiosity, though. This can be seen in her grand gestures of kindness and charity, though at times they can come off as self-serving, like Marie wants to be the center of attention. This isn't true, but Marie understands that her personality might not be for everyone. At the end of the day Marie will put 100% into whatever it is and with her career as a mail carrier just getting started who knows how her personality will shift in time.[/indent]

[sub][color=EBCB68]Biography[/color][/sub][indent]The Neldelstein Family is a small family native to Southmere. Of the current line there are only three or four Neldelstein families living throughout the sprawling countryside. Marie's father runs the Neldelstein Vineyard in the westernmost plains of Southmere which he runs with his cousin and a few close friends. This life has given Marie the opportunity for a comfortable enough career as a winemaker and farmer, assuming she wanted it.

But even as a child Marie never wanted to be content with the family business. She wanted to travel the world much like her mother had done when she was her age and since graduating high school has been looking for an opportunity to leave her life. The Erusean Mail Service brings her an opportunity to leave her hometown, start her own life, and travel at the same time. Her mother had done so when she was her age, so why not her as well? It is with that thought that Marie took the job poster that has come her way and made her way toward Southmere branch of the EMS. 

But will it be enough to make Marie's wanderlust and dream for more out of life a reality?
