It seems like a pointless kill. At least, any kill you make can better reveal the landscape. I reckon there is the same chance of you not getting any information from killing a businessman as there is from you killing say... that Nex guy. 

Of course, I'm more likely to comb over it and go for the killer than for some information I may or may not get. Wasted votes and all.
