[b][u]Description:[/u][/b] Haruto is a deeply passionate individual with a splash of social anxiety who often doodles on his arms and legs with permanent marker (thus the 'tattoos') to pass the time and ease his mind from the hustle and bustle of school and home, where despite only being a teenager has become a solo act of self care and self reliance. A bit of a rebel to his parents whom he never sees much, Haruto is determined to make it without them and gives his all to acing tests and practicing various instruments. Most of such are donated by a local store owner who had begun teaching Haruto when their quirk manifested.

On the topic of social anxiety, his fear of singing is only when Haruto is aware of himself even singing as the young man is particularly prone to singing single verses of his favorite songs whenever anybody says something that reminds him of one. As for music he has written by himself, most are described as 'ear bleeding at best'. 
 
[b][u]Miscellaneous:[/u][/b] Can play just about any musical instrument. Keeps a flute on his person at all times. Dislikes the taste of oranges. Thinks skirts are 'too much trouble'. Enjoys wearing leather jackets and styling his hair in a mohawk from time to time. Big fan of musicals. Once fought a stray dog to reclaim his shoe but ended up losing both shoes and the hem of his pants.
