Name: Primarily he goes by Van Kurr. Domain: Oceans. Appearance: Realm: Obviously all oceans are his domain, but his realm specifically lies at the sea floor to the west of the mainland. It looks like a stone village, ancient and drowning. Appropriately, it's where his chosen drowned live. At the center of the village lies a tall building of worship, where the drowned go to pray and where Kurr finds residence. However, some say this isn't his true realm. Some say that, with the blessing of Van Kurr, a living man or another god can access the portal in the prayerplace in his village and lead to his true home - the Silent Sea. The Silent Sea's entrance leads to a small island in a realm where there is a calm, dark blue water as far as the eye can see. The sky is at a permanent sunset. On the island is a small hut made of wood. The gentle lapping of small waves at the edge of the island, the beautiful view, the peace of the Silent Sea could be paradise, unless, of course, you looked underwater, where it seemed you could see for miles, miles and miles of drowned corpses with eyes that followed you. Kurr calls them the holy dead, his chosen people. And, from the vacant smiles on their faces, maybe they truly do enjoy their oblivious unlife. Biography: Van Kurr has been around for a long time. He is simultaneously greedy and complacent with the status quo. He is fine feeding off the drowned mortals and doomed sailors. Kurr thinks of himself as a patient man- he believes the oceans will eventually reclaim the land. He almost exclusively talks with his chosen drowned and uses them as his troops out to the real world, as their status as effectively undead creatures makes them very tough and savage.  His favorite drowned is a man named Logyn who serves faithfully by Kurr's side. Kurr is almost sentimental for some of his drowned, considering them his friends. Kurr has no desire to claim the land, but nonetheless sends drowned out to irritate his siblings or to claim a treasure he finds interesting. Kurr enjoys being cruel for little to no reason. Notes: Misc: The drowned servants of Van Kurr look like regular people, except drowned, of course. They are constantly dripping with water, no matter how far from the oceans they are. Very tough, and still mostly intelligent. "Put that on my Tabula."
