To put it simply, Shiki has a USB cord for a tail which he can use to insert into any solid object and establish a connection between them. From there, he can perform a wide range of actions such as accessing a person's memory, transferring information, and much more.

[b]Description:[/b] Shiki keeps to himself most of the time and doesn't like to bother anyone. He won't normally participate in any social activities, but he does display a very strong passion for things he personally enjoys, such as video games. When he does decide to converse, his comments unintentionally come out as sarcastic or brash most of the time. He becomes easily stressed out in tense situations, as a result he quickly loses confidence in himself and negatively influences those around him.

There are times where he feels uncertain if choosing the hero path was the right decision for him. His quirk allows him to become very knowledgeable in most subjects, so he could've chosen a different, safer profession. Yet, he wanted to be a hero because he thought it wouldn't be boring. He strives for excitement, but he cannot deal with the stress that comes with it.
