I'll repeat one more time. Who doesn't mind Drakairos stepping in? One of my ideas was to have him face Ragnagedon with a newly developed squad of ice dragons, although maybe Seviand would have more control over them.

If anyone wants him to come up, let me know.

Edit: Alternatively, another idea is to have him encounter Oao and see what he can do with it (although it wouldn't succeed really so idk)
