Donut Portal is an Emitter-type Quirk that allows Gara to create exactly a single hole in any object - including living organisms. Anything entering through the hole created by Donut Portal instead appears (as in: grows) out of the corresponding mass Gara has removed from the target.

Gara is a somewhat short girl, with a fairly mature physique for a girl her age. She has a minty-green mane that reaches down to her tailbone, and is often a little tangled and stringy; perhaps as a result of her to pull it whenever she is scared. Her hair colour matches her eyes. Gara's most peculiar feature are her canine teeth, a trait she has inherited from her mother, whose teeth were also notably pointy and sharp. 

Though she rejects the notion, Gara doesn't appear particularly heroic at all - instead, she often appears a little slow, and even more often doubtful, which is usually represented by her furrowed brows, opened mouth, and squinted eyes; a look that is regularly accompanied by dry remarks (which, ironically, showcase her wits well) or expressions of doubt in others' ideas. Though she has no intentions of insulting others, she has a talent for rubbing people the wrong way due to her lack of productive input or conventional smarts. Nonetheless, Gara possesses some heroism, and has a determined and emphatic streak, even if it is directed at odd hobbies and things sometimes. A television addict, Gara has a tendency to emulate things she thought were cool on TV, and - often foolishly - attempts to apply them to real-life problems. Particularly old footage of classic heroes being the typical knights in shining armor have captured her heart, leaving her a mess of enthusiasm. 

Gara is very concerned with how others perceive her, and struggles to balance out her desire to stand out and be special, and not sticking out in any way at all. As a result, she tends to express herself in contradictory ways, and finds it difficult to make and stick to decisions. Especially after having to repeat a grade as a kid, her insecurity has magnified tenfold.
