There were three characters I read the most as a kid growing up in the 90s. Spider-Man, Supergirl, and Sonic the Hedgehog. The blue blur's comic adaption is probably my favorite of the three with either Ian "Potto" Flynn's work on [i]A Bold New Moebius[/i] or [i]Enerjak Returns[/i] being my favorite of his early runs.
