Still a heavy work in progress, but I'm working it up here so that others can see it. His skin is slightly tanned, with brown, mid-length, and messy hair to match his college-age facade. What he may wear very much depends on the occasion and his mood, but more often than not, for the freedom of leg movement, Sunny wears harem pants consistently. He tends to give off an aura of controlled nonsense, with movements that fluidly move into the next but never usually premeditated. Pre-Curse Occupation: Thief, All-Around Troublemaker/Adventurer, Monkey King Post-Curse Occupation: Musician, Martial Arts Instructor (Weekends) World Originated From: Agrabah | China Family Members: (Ancestral Descendants) - Fa Mulan, Fa Li Magic User? Yes. Through the Ruyi Jingu Bang, he possesses some magical capabilities. Though, beyond his staff, his other magical faculties have been severely limited due to mostly his own memory loss caused by the curse and the scattering of his magical items after his original body swapped places with one of his hairs. Personality Sunny is quick-witted, clever, energetic, and adventurous. Though, too, he was known for being very mischievous, to the point of being a borderline villain at some points. Furthermore, he was a thrill-seeker and in some situations an instigator due to his snap critical thinking. He does have a taste for the finer things of life, and he isn't always against stealing things to get what he wants but he won't steal from those who he doesn't think deserve it. Though, this isn't to say that he doesn't have his positives. Sunny is a hero to his very core. He is very kind and considerate of others. Sunny is willing to fight to the finish for those who he considers to be his friends, and even those that don't particularly like him. Although he's never been noted for being particularly generous, he does have a soft spot for children and animals. He is also typically lighthearted and silly, befitting for a monkey, known to crack jokes in even the worst of situations. He often wears his emotions on his sleeve and its expressed in his body language. It takes a lot to make Sunny sad, but not much to make him angry or happy though. Food is very often the cure to his quick tempered moments, to which, he can be viewed as very childlike at times. Backstory Pre-Curse - Abu was born to a wild troop of monkeys that roamed the land. He learned very quickly as he was growing up, that he was very different from his brothers and sisters. While he wasn't the biggest, nor the strongest, he was the smartest of them. So much so, that he was once compared to a Man-Cub in one jungle that his family passed through in their ventures. But that was just the problem. He was too much like a human and thus never quite fit in. Well, eventually he was kidnapped by a band of humans that were part of a circus of thieves. His main job was to rob larger audiences of their valuables, as he could do it without being noticed as well. That was where he met his best friend, Aladdin. Abu, although saddened at being torn away from his family, found solace in the time spent with Aladdin and in performing at the circus. For a time, it felt like it was a place where he belonged, that is, until Aladdin explained why stealing things from good, innocent people was wrong. Unfortunately, others of the circus weren't too keen on such an idea. Even Abu felt that they had a good thing going, but when push came to shove, and it did, he left with Aladdin. After that, he entered what may have been the happiest period of his life up to that point. Although forced to the streets of Agrabah then, forced to steal for survival, it was a lifestyle of adventure and with his best friend with him, what could Abu have to fear? The answer was clear not too long afterwards. A girl had soon came into their lives one day, named Jasmine. She wanted Aladdin to stop a man named Jafar from ruining their kingdom. That was when the voice in his head began... and where his memories before the curse fade... Post-Curse - Sunny works at an old
