It isn't worry state yet though. Runs, even with vehicles can take easily 3-9 hours. As long as she is back by dark, it wouldn't add anymore worry to the situation than a normal amount when someone goes off alone. Description: Windy Humidity: Low Temperature: 80°F Wind Speed: 20 mph Strong Wind: Wind is dying down and the temp has dropped outside. Not that anyone would notice inside. It is nearly 90 inside, posts should reflect that. You don't have AC people. You are in a house that hasn't had power in 5 years. It was 84 outside. It is stifling inside. What is this motherfucker up to? Being his crazy self that is what. Okay, it is hotter than the ninth level of hell right now, in the swamps of South Georgia. If you have never been there, let me give you a visual. Go into a sauna, in a snow suit, and do cardio. Yeah, that's about what it feels like. Wayne doesn't care, even as the beads of sweat drip down his face. He shook his face to get the drips to fly off his face instead of rolling into his eyes. Standing his ground, he didn't react to anyone behind him, his eyes were on the butt load of Face Eaters in front of him. Truth be told, this wasn't a buttload to him. Maybe five years ago it would have been but shit, anything under a dozen these days was just par for the fucking course. So he did what he planned to do and pulled the trigger on both his guns. Both bullets hitting their targets and dropped both of them. There were still more to take care of but he didn't care. Underneath the sarcasm, and the drugs, and hallucinations, buried deep down below self loathing and the suicidal tendencies was actually a good man. He was efficient and calculating. In fact, way beneath everything. Perhaps in the cockles of his heart, of even the sub-cockles, maybe even the colon there was a sliver of that heroic mindset left that once made him a hell of a cop. "Mother fucker, that ones head exploded like a zit being lanced by a hot red poker!" Or maybe he just liked the slaughter. The rain had stopped and her eyes went to the sky. Drawing a deep breath and holding it before letting it out. She half froze when she found she was suddenly embraced but returned it soon as she knew it was Riley. "Da, car vorks. Vho can drive? I knov place," she said towards the three of them that were standing there. They had to make tracks and fast from the looks of things as the sky was growing darker north of them. Something could touch down at any minute and if they were caught outside when it did, there could be hell to pay. "Come on, get stuff, in car, let's go," she said as she rushed back over to Jack. "I put Jamie in carseat, you climb in, keep him safe," she said through her busted face. One eye was completely swollen shut now and she wasn't going to attempt to drive. She had never been good at it. She remembered the first time Jack had tried to teach her how to drive. It didn't go well and that was before Newnan. She could in a pinch if she had to but if someone else could and was better at it, it was best that they did the driving. The fact she had just had the shit kicked out of her didn't make matters any easier. Climbing into the front seat of the car she sat down and took a breath. The baby seat was in the back seat canter. One driver could fit in the front with her. Two could sit in the back seat, one on each side of the baby seat. The back area of the station wagon had seats folded up now and it could store a fair amount in the center and three or four more could easily fit back there. She kept her knife's handle sticking out of her boot in case she had to grab it but right then, she knew everyone but the nun and from what she could tell from the woman so far, she was trust worthy. Maybe a bit different, something she couldn't put her finger on, but she was okay so far. It was take a lot though for Tatiana to trust her.
