[@ERode] He's a very busy man, he makes sure you guys are well paid and while he does seem to concern himself with the goings on of the townsfolk, he often has a lot to contend with at the top level so little is seen of him. Word around town is he is skilled at keeping things oiled and running, not particularly disliked or liked one way or the other. He's an older man, average height, rotund, white hair and balding, dressing always as one would expect someone of his position but not ostentatiously.
