his weakness is not just the creation thing, but fulfilling his mission.
It's like a liche's summon. Target the source that governs him, and he's powerless.

So... you ether make a field that kills anything created.
Or... the gates open.

The field doesn't have to be strong. Even the weakest anti-create field will do.

Further, his power is an energy gauge pretty much, fueled by his understanding of everything. It's a rating, and you DO NOT want it get very high, especially as he's a wraith. So, confusing him will also WEAKEN him.
